		<description>You make some great points, however you did not mention basements. In Minnesota, nearly all houses have basements and often they are damp. summer is a great time to open basement windows allowing everything to dry out. 

In damp basements there is very little air movement and oftentimes we see mold, mildew, spiderwebs and of course, unpleasant "musty" odors.

So, when you are opening windows, remember to open the basement windows too.</description>
